One of the premier services that the Library offers to its patrons is the ability to do online searches for them. This service is more geared towards students who are unsuccessful in finding information in the library or students who do not have the time to spend in the library or computer lab to research. After filling out a search form, students shall be entitled to have the library staff do a thorough internet/online search of the topic(s) he/she is interested in researching.

Students must note however, that:

1.  There is a grace period before returning for the information. The grace perido is 48 hours.

2.  Students can either have the library staff e-mail the information, save the information on the student's diskette, or print the *information.

*The library charges a fee of $0.25 per page for the research if the student wishes to take this avenue.

Faculty and staff are encouraged to also make use of this service. Faculty can ask staff to download e-books or find newsworthy materials that are relevant to their class. Rememer that we have an online database that contains millions of articles published from reknowned publications such as the Chronicle of Higher Education, Time Magazine, National Geographic, PC Magazine, among others.
